When a user is set up as a remote token user, they will be sent an email containing their username, an initial PIN along with a set of user instructions. You will need your username and our initial PIN to change your PIN and to then request tokens. Your token username will be different to your iaptus login username.

Please note that if you deactivate a user’s iaptus account, you will also need to cancel their remote token by contacting Mayden via a support log.
